      Pros

      Compensation is reasonable; benefits are fine

      Cons

      Senior leadership is terrible. They make explicit they do not care about employees. Ignore core values, eliminated the chief global ethics officer and anyone who might hold them accountable. The direction under the current CEO is demoralizing, disappointing, and almost if not actually discriminatory against those with disabilities.
