Pros

Mostly good coworkers. Adequate pay and benefits.

Cons

- The CEO and every member of her managing committee seem determined to make this a miserable place to work. Everything they do seems like they’re trying to destroy morale and get people to quit. - You will be managed by people who don’t even know what your job is and are utterly incompetent. - You’ll likely be laid off. If you aren’t, your team members will be laid off and you’ll be expected to pick up their work in addition to you own. - You will never be given the tools and resources needed to do the job you were hired to do.

Pros

If you have a good manager, it isn't terrible.

Cons

The leadership team is out of touch and do not care - they must have nannies. Hard to put the toothpaste back in the tube once Covid hit and people realized they don't want to waste their lives commuting to work and gossiping for two hours at work. If you want your bonus/merit judged on how many hours you spend in the office - this is the place for you.
