Pros

Overall great place to work. Pension and a 401k. Great benefits. The overall voice of the company is very down to earth and warm from company wide communications and other internal communications. Great work life balance. No micro management or production/activity monitoring tools like larger firms.

Cons

Bonus structure and pay is not as high as other larger firms but not super low either.

Pros

They allow remote work 2 days a week.

Cons

The new CEO and managing committee micro-manage employees and are cutting pay. Raises have exceeded the rate of inflation only twice in the past ten years. Pension contributions, bonus and long-term incentives are being cut and people are routinely laid off. This is a company in transition and not moving in a good direction.
