Pros

Telework allows employees tor spend more time working and less time traveling to and from work. Job Satisfaction is the strongest reason for staying. Work is very fulfilling. Training is great with opportunities to expand professionally and personally. Constant Change allows for upward mobility

Cons

Constant Changing leadership makes the future of organization seem unstable. Cliquiest groups of employees that don't interact outside their sections. More with Less attitude is rampant and sometimes brings on unnecessary stress to even the most simple jobs

Flexibility and support to telework several days per week. Training opportunities. Cross training and rotational opportunities in other divisions and Central Office.

Cons

Low morale due to reorganizations and management changes that seem to disempower the rank and file. Every few months with new managers, the existing team has to learn how to operate to meet the goals and objectives of the new managers.
