Pros

Exposed to working on large projects with construction budgets of $100's of millions. You work with some of the best architects and contractors in the U.S.

Cons

There are people who work really really hard and they don't have time to spend with you. Then there are people who are waiting for retirement.

Pros

One of few federal agencies that supports annual bonuses as an incentive. Telework is strongly encouraged.

Cons

Management skills are a very sore point. No accountability practiced by management. Nepotism is practiced with impunity. Training quality is not at the level of other agencies worked. Contracting experience is not level throughout the agency.
