Pros

The benefits are Hotel Discounts, Health Care (Dental and Vision), Thrift Savings Account, Paid Vacations, Sick Days and Holidays, and AWS.

Cons

Management is incompetent. GSA is stuck in their ways and unwilling to change. If you are going to work for them only apply to regional headquarters. You will be disadvantaged working in the field.

Cons

Union is not always helpful Like everyplace, there are many high paid slackers and screw-ups Senior management does not always do what is right regarding worker bees HR runs hiring process; management has no say as to who they would like to hire
