Supportive environment, great co-workers, various growth opportunities, support and access to National team. Good benefits package, fully vested in the retirement plan after 3 years of employment. Great work culture, various employee appreciation events throughout the year, your birthday is a paid holiday. It's a demanding job, but extremely rewarding.

Cons

Managing activities for a residential site 24 hrs/day, managing changes in staffing to assure it doesn't have an impact on clients and service delivery.
