Not willing to give adequate pay raise for duties assigned.

It’s a Stepping Stone

Pros

Helping veterans. A good stepping stone for gaining experience. Great long term benefits

Cons

For the Long Beach staff- it’s upper management. Eric is number focused which shows how they treat staff and the veterans. There is also a lack of support for staff over all WHEN incidents happen from the management that matters. Coworkers care but that can only do so much.
