Pros
Great benefits. I'm paid really well. Really good clinical team that is good at what they do.
Cons
Management gets in the way of everything. They make your job a million times harder. They schedule meetings and mandatory sessions that are a waste of time, all the while we are trying to take on multiple case loads because employees keep quitting. They don't trust their employees and will call you on your work-from-home days to make sure you're doing your job, all the while you are working 8+ hours and taking on multiple job functions. They finally did away with work from home altogether. Three people have died on the campus due to their refusal to spend the money and hire a security team so we've had car-jackings and stabbings that have led to the passing of both clients and staff. People don't feel safe on campus, yet they don't let us work from home.
