Pros

Unless you're a high school buddy of one of the owners kids (who now ineptly run the company), there really is no upside to working here. Steady work in an unstable job market is about it.

Cons

Management that is not open to new ideas, think things are great the way they are. If losing $$ is great, than they are spot-on. No accountability, unless you're at the bottom....where they're happy to beat you up on a daily basis.

Talking to truck drivers all day long can get old very quick unless you like to deal with someone's problems all day long
