Works around your class and extracurricular schedule, team-oriented environment, great way to be directly involved with campus

Pay is minimum wage, lets students get away with too much and slack off, limited opportunities for paid positions

This campus of University of California has a very active and open research environment. The campus is nice and beautiful. Faculty and staff members here are very kind and helpful. Very good career service and career opportunities. Pretty good location, not far from big cities, snow resorts and beach.

Cons

Not enough sports facilities. Especially for swimming. Only has a small outdoor pool which is not enough for the summer in riverside. Campus safety needs to be improved. Specially housing and apartments around campus. Very inefficient and poor health center service.
