Pros

Things are on the up and up. Campus is gorgeous and people are friendly. Housing in Inland Empire much cheaper than closer to the coast. Lots of faculty hiring 2015-2017

Cons

A lot of growing pains. Lots of new-hires that have no idea what's going on. Basic infrastructure needs not being met. Promises about buildings/facilities being built by a certain date not being met, and not being met for years.

Pros

Most of the employees are friendly, student or non-student, manager or non-manager. There is usually something new to learn and it's refreshing to deal with a lively crowd everyday. Interview process for regular employees is easy.

Cons

Sometimes it gets busy but that's the same for most companies. Because managers are students who come and go, they won't know the answer to something immediately.
