Fun job, made some great friend, really increased my confidence of speaking to a large group, good for reinforcing your fundamentals

A little slow some of the time, not a ton of recognition for doing a good job, but overall it was a lot of fun

Laid back work environment. Interesting population of students, staff and faculty. Gorgeous place to work and live. Interesting lectures (mostly free) because of the academic environment.

Cons

Culture of fear from people who have worked there their entire adult lives. There seems to be a large number of staff who have worked there since their own time there in college and don't want to see things change and grow.
