Pros

None it was a waste of time

Cons

- Training was terrible. Was told training was 4 to 6 weeks when it was actually only 2 weeks. The trainer Omar was extremely slow and treated us like children. - No holiday pay, PTO was removed from bank for holiday - No 401k, company is a non-profit so there was only a 403b option - Calls are repetitive and depressing since there were no appointments available for several months out - The week I quit, several others had also quit that had been there awhile - High turnover - When hired I was told it would only be to schedule patients when in reality it was scheduling, signing people up, medication refill requests, sending over to nurses for possible emergencies, etc

Pros

Education benefits? Even that sucks. When they suck the life out of you, you’ll be able to move locations after 6 months. The patients are what make your day.

Cons

Managers allow bullying & harassment to go on. They will look at you like your dumb if you try to bring it up & do the right thing. The PTO sucks, you get ONE day to start out with & everything is in the same “bucket” so no sick pay, vacation, PTO. Managers also create toxic work environments by having everything “confidential” even though there’s no policy stating you have to have confidentiality between you & your management. This creates tensions at work where you’re not even able to discuss things between your co workers. This also creates RAMPANT favoritism between management & your co workers & it’s just awkward. You get education benefits but you have to commit a year to UCHealth & this starts over every time you go for another course. THE PAY is bad, I mean… they can’t even pay a living wage but they sure can invest in new buildings. The health benefits are arse. We also have a pathetic 1-3% performance raise every year… do I need to go on?
