      I met some great physicians

      Cons

      Because there is a union, it doesnt matter how hard you work, everyone is compensated equally. So the incentive to work hard wasnt there for people who had been there for decades. Management was pretty terrible and picked which employees they favored since they were friends out of the workplace. Very clicky.

      Work environment depends on the PI and lab you work with. HR and Pyaroll department is hard to reach out
