      Access to cutting edge methodologies and challenging problems. Great team of competitive researchers. Access to diverse clinical data sets. Chance to share and discuss clinical knowledge with leading scientists. Can work independently and contribute to the field.

      Cons

      Expensive to stay in the vicinity. So if you further away, expect a longer commute. Salary could be better. Expect to have a focused research plan before you start, otherwise you will spend a lot of time to figure things out, especially since the place is large, and everyone is very busy, and may not have a lot of time for you.
