      Completely independent and you make what you are willing to work for.

      You work alone 100% of the time and rarely see co workers

      Pros

      You get to travel if the company decides they want to send you somewhere else for work. The pay is good. You actually get a production bonus.

      Cons

      Management seems to deny having said somethings over the phone, So a huge miscommunication.
