      Pros

      Reasonable benefit package. Accrued PTO per pay period. Flexible schedule. Great middle management. Having ability to work at ones' own pace. Upper management/owners are currently looking ahead to the future to further client relations as well as employee happiness/satisfaction.

      Cons

      Driving personal vehicle on certain projects- high wear and tear, but only compensated for mileage at lowest federal rate. Driving personal vehicles in urban environments make home-owners uneasy and sometimes hostile due to lack of identification (i.e markings on vehicle and statement of purpose for being on property).

      Flexible hours. Piece-rate addition to your base pay can increase your wages. Working outdoors. Company vehicle.

      Cons

      Not much PTO. Health benefits for families are quite expensive. Poor weather conditions directly affects your pay.

      Pros

      UDC is a great company to work for. The managers are easy to work with. UDC also provides a top notch product for all of their clients.

      Cons

      The biggest con working for UDC is that you never know for sure where you'll be located on your next assignment if you are out in the field. This causes stress that could easily be avoided with a little more communication from upper management.
