Retirement Plan, Remote work, Great co-workers, Room to move up in company, Pretty good training

Cons

Health Insurance Gator Care, have to use a Shands Dr. or insurance is sky high!, Communication not that great from manager to employees.

Pros

UF Health Shands Hospital is a part of the UF Heath system, there is great opportunities for a variety of jobs starting at working in Environment Services to working at the top as a Medical Doctor. Just depends on how ambitious you are!!!

Cons

All jobs have protocols, and if you want to continue working in a industry a employer has to follow the rules. Time-off polices are great, after 6 months on the job you can take time off, after 5 years you invested in retirement benefits, now we have Lincoln (401 K) , you have to put your funds in and Shands will match them. Retirement after 30 years, or retire at 62, which ever comes first.
