I loved working for Shands... Honestly, had I not decided to return to school I would have continued on with the company. Great benefits, great co-workers and fantastic salary for a college town with lots of people looking for jobs.

Cons

Some inconsistency in the different shifts for part timers. I was bounced between 7 - 3, 3 - 11 and 11 - 7 as well as different twelve hour shifts. The pay more than made up for it though.
