Mostly nice, professional coworkers. Great for students.

Cons

Bad employees do not get fired. Work gets put on others because they sit around doing nothing and threaten to go to management with discrimination charges if they are censured.

Best Pay in Gainesville area, but after it where do you go? EXCELLENT place to learn politics and how not to do things so you can be better employee at your following jobs

Cons

To many to list, but keep in mind on any postive review that employees, the loyal ones, are actively asked to put out reviews and beef up the company. Keeping appearances is more important than actually fixing the problems.

Vacation Time, Teamwork, Flexibility, Education, and Good Pay/Benefits. Good management in SICU. Learn a lot of skills including time management.

Cons

Hard work when staffing is low, but strong nursing skills and teamwork help. High turnover rate because many nurses graduate from ARNP and CRNA schools.
