      Pros

      The UFC Gym product is outstanding. It is easy to get behind and members truely see results.

      Cons

      Franchise Company so there is no SOP or HR to protect employees. Expect constant payroll issues and shady business practices.

      Pros

      The members are amazing. Everyone gets to know you by name and you build a close relationship with your "family" at the gym.

      Cons

      The three franchise owners are horrible at owning a business. Stationed in 3 different parts of the world. None of them could come to a simple agreement on anything. I'd say these are the worst owners i've ever had to work under as a manager. This location has been doomed to fail for a couple years now and it's barely staying afloat.

      Pros

      Some very nice members. Most of the members are really enjoyable people, and are fun to be around. In general it's a good place for them.

      Cons

      Little to no support for employees, excessive texts is preferred communication tool of management, it's all about the numbers and little concern for people.
