Pros

Great company, relaxed work environment, many perks for working (gym membership, group events, bonuses)

Cons

Management caters to incompetent employees to avoid conflict. Training is short compared to other companies and you are put on phones within a weeks time. High turnover rate because wage doesn't value stress of job.
