Pros
You have to find your niche, team, that you can work best with. Once you do, you can go far! Very much an Ohana (family) and very supportive.
Cons
Need more communication between the departments, but that is true of pretty much all companies, especially in Hawaii. Everyone has access to QNXT, more people should learn how to use it properly and take advantage of the great resource it is.
