Pros

The benefits package is great. It covers most of your most needed areas in your life. Most positions are WFH unless stated in the position description. CEO does care about developing people in all aspects of the persons life.

Cons

Pay is within range of the market value, which people may think is low, but if you take into consideration the benefits that the company pays for you, this may not be a con because it will equal out.
