Salary is not bad, free lunch lunch and breakfast.

Cons

Too much favoritism, managers choose who to respect and who not to. Not enough training but junior employees are always expected to perform more their standards.

Staff are nice. They used to throw nice parties at Christmas. New/remodeled offices looked professional. Good parking at locations. They try to add perks like free lunches and treats during tax season

Cons

Long hours, expensive benefits, Old School Management, Care more about $ than the people who help them make it. Management needs to retire and let younger partners take over. Management style: Micromanager clock watchers. Don't understand about work/life balance.

Cons

Management is "old school". Clock watchers. Walk around office to see if everyone is "on time". Treat professional staff like children. Have had a lot of turnover. Benefits are very expensive. Partners care about themselves. Having a hard time hiring people. No interest in staff as people. Partners let you know on a regular basis you are expendable. Long work hours, even in the "off season". Lack of integrity at partner level. No diversity...no women partners. Very few minorities.
