Pros

If you follow this site you would have noticed that the star rating had fallen to 4 and was ready to go under 4. UKG can't allow that to happen so HR put out a bunch of "Anonymous" 5 star ratings.

Cons

Too many to list in this large box.

UKG execs, if you don’t like these posts, leave.

Pros

Unlimited PTO, 45% match 401k, paid medical (although, as other posts state, there are reviews in the works to see which benefits will be changed or removed).

Cons

RTO was completely unnecessary. Executive management provided a chart showing production comparison from all of 2019 then June 2022-March 2023 with no data in between. What wasn’t mentioned in the data was 2019 was pre merger when both companies had their initial CEOs with the culture intact. It didn’t state if it was Kronos or Ultimate. June 2022-March 2023 was the time RTO was kicking off with most of the tenured employees with the most knowledge having already left or been let go from the company. There is no productivity comparison showing the time from March 2020-June 2022 when all employees were 100% remote. The current culture is “If you don’t like it, leave!” The response, as mentioned from the exec’s post of “Simply the best” is pretty much how upper management views employees: Either get used to a toxic environment or get out. Also what is not mentioned is there are several high level positions currently posted that are not only 100% remote, but paying between $150k-$225k. All while frontline reps are being forced to drive in 3 days a week for under the corporate standard wages to sometimes sit in isolation IF there are even desks available since some of the offices closed down. And jobs that do post are not guaranteed to even fulfill the position. With so many changes going on the interview process is usually halted due to the position being dissolved.

Pros

Excellent benefits, free healthcare, stock grants, 401k match. Good lower/middle managers.

Cons

Upper/executive management is out of touch with their employees. With the new RTO policy of 3 days mandatory in office, upper management is using this to force attrition to cut operating costs by causing employees to work elsewhere. This directly goes against “our purpose is people’ slogan and mission statement. For a company that explicitly states and boasts its work life balance and people driven culture, the decision to mandate 3 days in office for all employees is a direct approach to forced attrition. It’s clear that since the merger, upper management has changed significantly for the worse. Both Kronos and Ultimate side legacy employees agree that management was much better before the merger and they made decisions that were for their employee’s and company’s benefit.
