      Pros

      Amazing company. It's the only payroll / HCM organization that truly cares about the customer - and while it's not easy - the organization has maintained an amazing culture all in an effort to provide the best support to the customer. I love that.

      Technical Support Position Has Been Ruined

      Decent pay, time off is not verly strict

      Cons

      The position has turned into a numbers driven stress factory. Employees have been turned into a metric and the human factor is gone, it's well known among countless employees in support. Change NEEDS to happen in upper management, your best employees are looking for careers outside of Kronos, and new hires are quiting a few months in. Stop micro managing everyone, let your managers manage. Trust your employees to do right and train the others to get better. The support position is sinking quickly.

      work life balance seems to be good, but is not.

      Cons

      HR is the worst thing that happened at Kronos Lowell, USA. There are no timely responses from them. They finally hired me after constant pressures from the technology teams and roles that I fit in. HR is out there to hire there favorite. Constant nagging to join on lower salary . Office politics is prevalent
