      Casual yet professional, management seems to trust their employees, CEO seems like a genuine individual, co-workers adjust to the culture pretty well, reasonable salaries, more than acceptable hardware/software tools to work with,

      Close family, evolving management

      Pros

      Software company with new releases regularly. In house developers. Close knit groups of consultants and management. Deep respect from and with tenured clients, strong client history in public sector scheduling. Software works great.

      Cons

      Being reconditioned as part of acquisition to Kronos creating process gaps. Configurations can be extreamly complicated due to complexity of union rules with little resources to assist. Kronos doesn't understand TeleStaff and clients can tell when integrating TeleStaff to Workforce Central. Two different styles of implementation, no single point if contact for client. Accounts are larger than amount of people available to manage. Stretched very thin.

      Excellent benefits and pay and comfortable work environment

      Cons

      Highly political, siloed organizations, arrogance, no incentive or will to improve products, Sr. management doesn't want to hear bad news.
