      Pros

      relative job security, although that might be a thing of the past. They invested a lot in me by way of training and conferences. Good people for the most part. Standardized review process. Excellent organization, run well.

      Cons

      Cigna healthcare. Pay less than market value. Bureaucratic and overly cautious/reactive. Decision making process is highly political.

      Kronos has its heart in the right place but is trying to be too many things to too many different markets and buyers.

      Pros

      Kronos (especially the talent management unit) has some very talented, intelligent, dedicated individuals who believe in their work and tend to be very respectful to one another... assuming they're not in the Exec suite.

      Cons

      Kronos clearly still has some great offerings in the workforce scheduling/management space but they've neglected to support & grow their talent management group and have lost some valuable resources because of this.
