      Benefits are really good and hard to replace

      Culture and changes. As mentioned in other reviews; both Kronos and ultimate were great places to work and the merger brought these two great cultures together. The goals of the company have changed from treating your people well to not caring about them at all. We do recognize that the company needs to be profitable and many have followed Ukg as they have reorganized the company multiple times. However the newest ultimatum speaks to a lack of people empathy and foreshadows even more negative changes. We once trusted leadership. This is no longer the case.

      Where do I start? The recent positive reviews on Glassdoor are mostly fake. I mean it’s painful to read them as an actual employee. The top management has changed and are forcing their decisions down the throats. I see lot of legacy Ulti employees blaming Kronos culture and to be honest legacy Kronos employees feel the same about legacy Ulti employees, but in reality the top management doesn’t care about what the legacy of these two companies was. Re org is being done which doesnt make any sense and is being in such a way that rollback would be impossible. Good people are being let go randomly and those who aren’t are actively looking to move out. There are town halls in which the new leaders who don’t understand any legacy culture keep on mentioning topics which no one understands. “Value streams” have come up some of whose org structure doesn’t make any sense. People are feeling frustrated but the top management no longer cares about people. It’s almost like current leaders have some animosity with either legacy Ulti or Kronos and this is their vengeance on the two companies.

      Pros

      UKG walks-the-walk about taking care of employees. It's NOT just lip-service. The benefits are top in the industry - fully paid healthcare/dental/vision for the entire family (that's 0 out of pocket for a family), 45% company 401k match, cash bonus & RSU bonuses possible depending on performance, along with so many resources for growth & mental health. All the way up the leadership ladder, they truly care about employees & their mental health.

      Cons

      With the merger of 2 companies, stability can feel iffy with so many re-orgs. Some teams are affected more than others, and the support for members on those teams could be better. However, for those that
