Pros

Occasional Good Managers Employee Resource Groups

Cons

A new program is stripping thousands in benefits under the guise of choice (most of the previously great benefits listed are going away so don't believe the benefits tab on glassdoor before the end of October 22) We now have to buy our own home office equipment and supplies (they are trying to push people into working in the office-not remote friendly) Culture is a sham Pay is not on par with the standards of the industry Top leadership is cold, aloof, and is squeezing money out of employees at the bottom No communication and transparency Changed the performance review process, which forced people into a bell curve at the last minute. Said statements like: "an average rating here is an exceptional rating because of our high standards." Trying to get people to quit through poor management Employees aren't listened to No ability for upward mobility Problems aren't solved; they are blamed on someone else

Pros

UKG Pro has the word “pro” in it. Otherwise no pros.

Cons

The amazing people culture we once had as Ultimate Software is now a distant memory. UKG is just another money hungry corporation led by a non-diverse leadership team. This “merger” between Kronos and Ultimate Software is more like an acquisition by Kronos. There’s a lot of divisiveness and finger pointing between teams, and folks are too busy playing hot potato instead of taking ownership of their work and getting stuff done. Leadership likes to paint an illusion that they care about their employees, but let’s be real here. Business first, employees an afterthought. Compensation is abysmal for the amount of work and stress put on our plates. There’s a lack of recognition for the hard work people do so why should we care? Morale is low, and talented people are leaving left and right, which is a definite red flag.

Pros

Nice new office space with room to grow Good people

Cons

New cloud project is a high pressure project with incredibly poor infrastructure. Team is often unable to work productively for days due to infrastructure failures. Recent cutbacks have trimmed already understaffed teams.
