Greedy upper management, overworked employees, and revolving door of managers. I worked on the same team for close to 6 years and had 4 different managers in that time period, while people on our team struggled to move anywhere else despite prestigious degrees - only lateral moves were possible and even then most of the time it was denied. Concerns about putting the customer first and suggestions as to how we could adapt and modernize our support processes were always overlooked as you are looked down upon and not respected based on your title. Managers are NOT technically savvy which is ironic considering UKG is a software company.

You know those companies that advertise how diverse they are and showcase all their benefits just for it to be "Too good to be true" - this is it. Believe every single negative review because the real ones are generated using AI & are fake. This use to be a a top notch company so I was excited to join but now the ratings are going down due to the chaos. Policies and management teams change every 2 weeks, the product support team is drowning, low pay, very little to no training, no work life balance unless you want to come back to a large sum of tasks and the department is a revolving door of employees.
