Benefits are amazing including 401K match of 45%.
Cons
Culture has dropped consistently while expectations within the job keep going up while offering less pay - leaving many of us (if not all) feeling burnt out and way under appreciated. The benefits are amazing & is what keeps most of us here as well as our great teammates, but we all dread that those benefits may drop too. There is also a push for any leadership/management to live in specific areas, so many of us that had looked at going into management no longer have that option unless willing to move. Seems like a great loss of talent on the company's part.
