Pros

The company has great benefits. Many of the employees are friendly and the company does a lot of great things for the community and it's employees.

Cons

Whilst the company has great benefits the people in this department are overworked and underpaid. You are asked to work some long hours and they hire you as a salaried employee so that they get the most out of you for the lowest possible rate. The job description is deceptive, this is a call center environment that is extremely high stress! The department does not live up to the company's people first mission statement. I believe if the CEO and CPO knew how employees in the department were treated they would be extremely disturbed. If the benefits were not appealing the attrition rate for this team would be about 95%.

Pros

A lot or really good workers at the non-management level across the entire company. SOME of the leadership (usually the lower managers, but a few directors as well).

Cons

Note: Below is a review of the "300" building. I hears it's better in 297 & Omni, but I can only speak to was I saw. I also fully expect to see a TON of 5 star reviews after I post this. It seems Kronos doesn't like bad reviews & encourages management to bury 1 star reviews as soon as they are posted. -Many good people are leaving. Frustration and rewarding tenure (or nepotism) over skill set/productivity has left a vastly under performing staff while the performers have jumped ship or been terminated. -Rampant nepotism & affairs at the senior management levels. -Company thinks lollipops, stickers & poker chips (non-monetary) are a good incentive for highly skilled engineers. Seriously who is the joker who thought this was a good idea??? -Horrible internal software and processes: build standards are a joke, software security is a joke. -Terrible security of customer data. "SOC compliance" is thrown around as a joke idea internally. Customer data is always at risk. -Apparently, Aron Ain only cares about appearances, not actual employee morale. Many PR/Marketing people create falsified Glassdoor reviews and other reviews to stroke Ain's ego. He's out of touch with his company and its people (or doesn't care).

Pros

Not a bad option if you want to work in an office in Chelmsford. Friendly people (mostly).

Cons

They are a privately held company that reports non-GAAP earnings. They do not include the cost of some very important items such as fees paid to the Private Equity company that owns them. This is publicly stated in the fine print of the earnings announcements. As a Finance professional this makes me less than 100% confident abut the integrity of their earnings statements. It makes me wonder how many people will be fired when they change ownership, and which executives have golden parachutes. There's been some employee dissatisfaction expressed lately and the management response has been really cookie-cutter and shallow. Sometimes we feel like we're in an episode of "The Office." Lastly, this is the least diverse company I have ever worked for. I'm sure this is not a deliberate strategy by the company, but the results are striking.
