*flexible hours for students *great experience with real world companies and products *provides an excellent introduction into the corporate world *opportunities for raises every 6 months
Cons
*terrible base pay, takes a long time (2+ years) in order to get a reasonable hourly wage. makes it very hard to justify as a broke college student when you could go work at mcdonald’s for $20/hour

I guess I don't regret my time there. The hours were very flexible and easy to accommodate with a student schedule. The pay was decent for a student job (though definitely below industry standards).
Cons
The training here is awful. It's like being shoved into a pool with no swimming experience and being told to kick. Now that I have spent some time in industry I realize how completely insane and unhelpful this is. There's not much room for career growth, though I think this is okay since it is designed for students to join for a few years and then move to industry.
