Pros

There is a strong team atmosphere. It was the most fun place I have worked. I have maintained all friendships made there since leaving. It provided a great stepping stone for the sales world.

Cons

The Sales model there provided very inconsistent income potential. Inside Sales Reps are paired with Client Execs. While some Client Execs are very skilled and guaranteed to close the business you found, others were very green. Unfortunately the pay is determined by closed business over which you have only some control. I found that the most successful territories had a very committed Client Exec and the ISR was literally an extension of them.

Pros

There are some wonderful people working there. I have made some true friendships.

Cons

The micromanaging is horrible (I thought we were all adults). You have to be willing to kiss your managers rear to get promoted or to be on the "in". The stress of having to always bill bill bill is awful especially when you don'thave any control over it. The cubes are really smaill and close so you can't have a personal conversation without anyone else knowing. The commute to the new building is horrible-you aren't allowed to telecommute (I thought we we had entered into the 21st century)-if they (mgmt) can't see you then you must not be working. And finally Management is not honest with its employees-they tell us one thing and then do the total opposite or the numbers are always different.
