-The benefits were decent -I was able to learn a lot.

Cons

-Lack of training - Micromanaging -Favoritism -Politics heavy -Negatively behind the back talk - My boss wanted to fire me behind my back, and I found out from those 4 employees he told who let me know.

For the most part, the people you work with are the best part of your job.

Cons

Unless you are clinical, there is very little opportunity for growth. The company also doesn't reward their high-performing employees and instead opts for an 'all or nothing' approach when evaluating things like raises (because of the union).
