UNM pays for your health coverage (dependents cost extra) Three separate pools for leave, sick minor and major, annual. Good night/weekend differentials and holiday pay/hours. Protected by the Union

Cons

The pay is OK, new hires can get almost as much as some nurses who have been here for years. Not great if you've been loyal to the company!
