      Pros

      The main operating room is a great unit with supportive management and coworkers. Many different surgical services are performed here, so it is a good place to always be learning more.

      Cons

      Staff don't get all breaks they are entitled to per union contract. Pay should be better to be competitive with other local hospitals.
