      Pros

      The nurses and providers are generally smart, and easy to work with. The clinical staff place high value on quality care of patients.

      Cons

      The administration cares only about the bottom line. They make decisions based on money, not what is best for patients. Quality of care at UNMH as steeply declined since COVID due to loss of nursing staff and increased nurse:patient ratios.
