Horrible company to wok for. There’s so many bad things I don't know where to start. HR department is the most unprofessional and insincere. NO work ethics at all! Don't believe the few positive reviews you see on this site - they asked employees to post them here. I know because I was asked. If you look they were all one day after another. They’re constantly firing associates, managers and not to mention Directors of stores. It’s sad to say, but every year there’s a new person running the company. So much discrimination, they make you hire pretty, young, skinny and white skin color people only. Their product is at Very high cost for Very poor quality! Overall corporate in the US and Spain are completely disorganized, Lack of communication and NO experience in the American market. All they are seeking is money and expansion(which they are totally unprepared for.) Its absolutely horrific. NO ONE in the stores , and the most of the corporate employees are happy with the company and upper management . We are no longer motivated to be part of this nightmare. The stress level is very high of constantly feeling that we can loose our job for no reason. That’s the reality! Unfortunately people are not value here and we are being treated like numbers that can be replaceable.
