Pros

Professional Growth, Great benefits along with 3% match in 401 k plan, Great training, Looks great on your resume, Great workout.

Cons

Stressful, Loud, Depressing (No windows, Dim lighting), 101 ways to get hurt if not careful(even if you are cautious, you are still likely to be injured in some form or way), Weather conditions outside are the same inside but worse (100 degrees outside= 120 degrees inside, 0 degrees outside= -20 inside), long exhausting hours.

Pros

The income, benefits, experience, and great to put on resume.

Cons

You work more hours than required and most times do not get paid for that extra time. You get scrutinized for clocking more than 27.5 hours, even though you work more than 27.5 and are required to clock all hours. It's a two-faced system.
