Pros

UPS offers a pretty good and fair compensation for the hard work provided.

Cons

You have to get about 6 hours worth of work done within 4 hours, which can really end up being very stressful because once you get behind then the drivers get behind and everyone in the building seems to know you are the slow poke.

Pros

Benefits, good initial training program, good atmosphere to work on your people skills and management skills if working within management

Cons

High stress, accountability issues, retention issues. If you want to move up in the company whether you want to drive or promote to management plan on doing the grunt labor for a long time, not an easy move.
