Management is awarded on how many employees they can fire. Very hostile work environment.Used entrapment to get me to misdeliver a package then forced me to sign over my last paycheck after I resigned to 'pay" for the package which is completely illegal. Threatened to come after me if I didn't sign it over to them. District manager was in cahoots with the union, so i had no union representation. Union is one for us, one for you when it comes to job protection. I should have sued them but was too young to know, by the time I found out the statute of limitations had passed. I had been employed for five years working my way up from receiving counter clerk to night clerk, to part time driver to full time driver.
