Pros

Great Benefits. Friendly environment. Everyone wants to help you advance. Always have someone that you can talk to if you have questions. It's a career not a job. Opportunity for growth. Great if you are getting out of college and are looking for a place to start develop your skills and advance into something better within the company

Cons

Training is long. It can be a little intimidating when you go through the training but we are reassured that there is help there for us.

Pros

Excellent benefits. UPS has one of the best pensions around and they also have a good tuition reimbursement program that every student should take advantage of.

Cons

UPS is a very stressful working environment. Most new hires do not make it past one month, most employees do not last one year.

Pros

I met some great people along the way.

Cons

This place will destroy your body. You need to have a great chiropractor, physician, and therapist lined up to keep you from keeling over after the first year. 5 1/2 years of torture.
