Pros

UPS offers an Education Assistance Program to help employees grow within the company or if they want to pursue something else.

Cons

In my last location, I dealt with a lot of negativity. It was a very hostile environment. While one may have their own ideas as to what leadership is supposed to be, there are other people that implement poor management skills with hopes of a good outcome. Sometimes, it's a conflict of character. Other times, it's lack of communication. I had a hard time adjusting to that environment, nevertheless, I developed a threshold that helped me in the patience department. No disrespect to the guy, we just had different views.

Pros

Strong company to work for. Compensation is good. Predictable management structure. Lots of room for advancement.

Cons

Work life balance is tipped in favor of work especially from October through January. No time off. Management is closed minded and run like the US military. There is limited room for creativity or innovation as an AE.
