Pros
The benefits are really good at UPS. I was able to graduate with a Bachelors in Business with minimal school debt thanks to their tuition reimbursement program. The health care, dental, and vision benefits are very good, luckily I haven't had to use too much of those.
Cons
They hire anyone off the streets, and because of that, the turnover is very high. Not only will you have new co-workers year around, your supervisor will more than likely change on a yearly basis.
