PT Supervisor Requires flexibility and Overnight
Pros
good pay for short hours (6 hours a day, 30 a week) work during the week and early Saturday morning (if overnight) *get paid a minimum of 27.5 hours a week (i have a con for this too) a really good paying part-time job (equivalent to a full time 12-14 hourly pay job)
Cons
No work-life balance as schedule is inconsistent (change of shifts from time to time due to lack of employees) work full time hours a lot of the time but with only part-time pay only have 2 weeks of NO PAY vacation throughout the year *get paid a minimum of 27.5 hours a week UNLESS you take off the whole week then NO PAY at all..... but another part-time supervisor said that they do get paid so I asked my manager and he personally told me that I don't get paid if I take off the whole week. So you might want to check up on that for your own self. I personally don't like working overnight but it's almost a guarantee (been working it since i got hired almost 3 years ago and trying to get out of it for almost 2 years now) the description says high school degree but almost all part-timers have a college degree with little to no experience benefits are not as good as a full time supervisor's can take years upon years to become full time
