Pros

good pay for short hours (6 hours a day, 30 a week) work during the week and early Saturday morning (if overnight) *get paid a minimum of 27.5 hours a week (i have a con for this too) a really good paying part-time job (equivalent to a full time 12-14 hourly pay job)

Cons

No work-life balance as schedule is inconsistent (change of shifts from time to time due to lack of employees) work full time hours a lot of the time but with only part-time pay only have 2 weeks of NO PAY vacation throughout the year *get paid a minimum of 27.5 hours a week UNLESS you take off the whole week then NO PAY at all..... but another part-time supervisor said that they do get paid so I asked my manager and he personally told me that I don't get paid if I take off the whole week. So you might want to check up on that for your own self. I personally don't like working overnight but it's almost a guarantee (been working it since i got hired almost 3 years ago and trying to get out of it for almost 2 years now) the description says high school degree but almost all part-timers have a college degree with little to no experience benefits are not as good as a full time supervisor's can take years upon years to become full time

Pros

Only Pros is If you work 3am You'll be off at 7am You will have the rest of your day to do whatever ... And of course they pay college tuition

Cons

The work environment is terrible this job is not for a woman !! Too many men looking at you I got stalked by a guy which gave me a reason to quit ... most of the package handlers look like dope heads ... I saw one guy come in to work looking like a rock star with a fur vest looking like he was ready to break a guitar .. they ask you to buy work boots ... which they don't provide... no lunch .... the packages just keep coming and coming. .. and the pay is booty you take home 80 to 150$ ... lol who can survive off that ????

Pros

good company, solid for resume building. Good entry level job as you learn a lot about businesses and supply chain. Great people. Great supervisors depending on which team you get. Every business practice seems to be outdated if you've taken any business courses lately.

Cons

Gets old quick. A lot of micro management. Bonuses are a bit shady as no one understands how you get paid. good pay for what is required.
