Pros

It is a fast paced company so your time goes by quickly

Cons

You are only allowed a 10 min break. there is always dis-agreements between employees and managers and supervisors. They are not allowing part=timers to bring their cell phones in the building now. It is extremely difficult to become a full time employee at UPS and full time employees are treated better than part time employees

Pros

Have good benefits and often good pay.

Cons

They continually try and sneak things into the mix after everything is all settled and agreed upon, do not believe what you are told right off the bad, make sure to have everything in writing before commiting with them.

Pros

Great insurance for part-time employees, tuition reinbursiment program, overall great company and people to work with. Advancement opportunities throughout the company.

Cons

Some larger centers don't follow the original policies or go by integrity on a daily basis. Overall, there is not much I could say about the company that is bad .I worked 8 years with UPS and had a great time.
